  Bad experience. We had enjoyed dinner then the Manager/owner asked us to change tables during our dessert time telling us we were staying too long at the table and it was booked for the next customers. We politely told her that we were not going to change tables. She grabbed my wife's arm and told us to leave. I politely told her if they had booked the table ahead of us and were running late then they should have moved the services to our table at a quicker pace. She then told me to leave and I did. We have been to gourmet restaurants for 30 years and never been asked to change tables during dinner. Not coming back. Bad customer service.

  Cozy and romantic bistro serving up French Californian cuisine. Foie gras with roasted apples was comforting and delightful. Gnocchi and tagliatelle tasted fresh and hearty. Good balance of flavors. Service was genuine and friendly.

  We held a wedding rehearsal dinner at Christy Hill's Sandbar during July 2016. The owners and all of the staff were exceptional. They took away my stress of organizing the rehearsal dinner for a destination wedding. They took care of many of the details like making sure that the flowers arrangement were fresh, appropriate and reasonably priced. The suggested wine pairings were perfect. Said simply the food and service was excellent the location on the lake priceless. The party guests all said that they enjoyed the event.
